Hey!
welcome to my world
is it time to meet yours?
"Knowledge is a rumour
until it lives in a body"
Who I am
& what moves me
Trainer, facilitator, artivist, mover and learning designer...You name it! 🥳
With a BA in Fine Arts, experience in location set-up & event organisation, and over 7 years working in educational and artistic settings, I'm a learning enthusiast.

Aiming to connect people more to themselves and each other, I've been travelling all over Europe to grow in this field.
Then I moved country.
In the past two years, I've been designing and co-facilitating programs for personal growth, collaborating with Olde Vechte Foundation through coaching, context-based learning, somatics and outdoor teambuilding.

I also designed Root of Joy (community weekend) and co-organised the CI silent retreat in the Netherlands.
Currently entering a new stage of life!

It started like this:
It's 5am in the morning: I'm laying in bed with 39° and a virus in my stomach. I just had my personal exhibit in Marrakech, selected by an ex-Nat. Geo travel photographer, all great, besides it's been 3 days I just vomit and can't walk.

But this morning, right before getting hospitalised, the sun is bright orange, colouring the walls in my room, and muslim prayers are being sung in the background.

In this moment, I feel alive like I haven't for a while.
The awe for life
The wonder is that sense of curiosity, an expansion, the amazement for being such a small part in this universe, and so much feels possible.
The wander is the doorway to enter the flow, or what is called "the state". It's that choice that makes you say: "Yes, I wanna go for it."

The point is: sometimes in life, priorities or expectations take over and we end up drifting away from noticing what makes us feel alive.
So how do we begin?
Ask yourself:
When do I feel alive, present, effortless, almost as if I’m not “working” at all?
My anchor is the body.
How do I know what's the right choice, if I can't feel it?
Today I find my wonder when I facilitate, when I see people really going for what they want. When I can breathe on a cliff or connect in a meaningful way with someone I love.
what's your
wonder?
Long story short

Erica has a true talent for putting people at ease, helping them to feel cared for, listened to, and challenged in just the right way. If you get the chance to attend any session by Erica, take it!
