Who I am
& what moves me
I’m a somatic trainer, facilitator, and coach. I believe that fulfilled, self-actualised individuals are the ones who actually drive social change and build resilient communities.
After years of training and designing intensive personal development programs in the Netherlands and across Europe, I’m currently based in Amsterdam.
Here, I deepen my somatic practice while coaching driven individuals and groups who want to do more of what they love for a living, and actually feel alive while doing it.
I also partner with social-impact organizations to bring human, body-centered, and experiential learning to their teams.

I trained and worked as a somatic trainer at Olde Vechte Foundation (Netherlands), training & coaching centre for personal development.
Thanks to a Social Media Marketing specialization and the EYE for Young Entrepreneurs program, I'm supporting new multi-talented professionals in overcoming the block of being seen.

My practice is built on systemic work and advanced coaching from the Olde Vechte Foundation (NL), a Master’s in facilitation, an introduction to Somatic Experiencing, and currently enrolled in an intensive training of the Alexander Technique.
Creativity

I hold a BA in Fine Arts from Brera Academy (Brera, Milan), where my thesis explored the powerful role of imagination from childhood to adulthood. I understand aesthetics, visual storytelling, and how to unlock creative blocks.
