Learning how to relate is an ongoing practice. It takes courage to look inward and be humble enough to start creating better connections with yourself

We explore relational dynamics through movement: fun and deep, light and strong. We open the doors for all it means to be human

personalised

Sessions will be adapted to the group needs, and you'll get the chance to work on your real life situation in a safe group context.

Elena Zanchetta

Massage therapist and facilitator, driven by a deep passion for dance and movement as primary forms of art, touch, and communication, with an academic background in political science, she has an extensive practice in NVC and authentic relating. Born in Italy in 1994 and now rooted in the Netherlands, she leads playfight circles at Common Ground, guided by core values of empathy, play, and authentic connection

Erica Bertolacci

Somatic trainer and facilitator with a background in Fine Arts, she trained at Olde Vechte foundation in advanced coaching, facilitation, and systemic approach. After years in-depth somatic work and contact improvisation practice, she's now integrating the Alexander Technique in her work. She creates spaces of beloning and connection to one-self, others and nature, supporting individuals to create a more fullfilling life.
